Official Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
  • Valid for all Remai Modern membership purchases, renewals, and gift memberships made between October 1 and December 31, 2025.
  • For gift memberships, the purchaser will be entered.
  • Current Remai Modern staff, board and foundation members, and their immediate families are ineligible.
  • Participation is voluntary.

2. Prize

Vancouver Art Escape for Two, including:

  • $1,000 flight vouchers (airline to be confirmed)
  • Two-night hotel stay in Vancouver
  • VIP art experiences curated by Remai Modern and partner institutions
  •  The recipient must redeem the travel voucher and hotel stay directly; bookings are subject to availability.
  • Remai Modern is not responsible for costs beyond the $1,000 voucher or additional hotel expenses. Meals and incidentals are not included.
  • The recipient is responsible for complying with any public health or travel restrictions in place at the time of booking.
  • Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers are permitted except at Remai Modern’s discretion.

3. How to Enter

  • Automatic Entry: One (1) entry per membership transaction (join, renew, or gift) made between October 1 and December 31, 2025.
  • Entry Limit: Maximum of five (5) entries per person, including all membership, gift, and survey entries.

4. Draw and Winner Notification

  • A random draw will be held on January 5, 2026.
  • The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone within five (5) business days.
  • If the selected winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn.

5. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Liability Release

By entering, participants release Remai Modern, prize partners, and affiliates from any liability related to the contest or prize use.

7. Publicity Rights

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, city of residence, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Privacy and Data

By participating, entrants consent to Remai Modern using membership and survey data for contest administration and membership services.

No personal data will be shared externally beyond what is required by law.
