Julie Moon is a Toronto based ceramic artist.  Her practice is varied and versatile.  When she isn't busy making clay jewels, pots and pipes, she spends time on her sculpture practice. Her artwork is iconic in form and often finished with bold and energetic colours and pattern.  Her interests in fashion, textiles, painting and sculpture, are evident in all that she does. Julie's dedication to process and materials motivates her creative practice.  She is inspired by tradition and innovation, challenging expectations of what clay objects can be.
